Designating private property as habitat for frogs constitutes land grab, says property rights nonprofit

Designating 1,500 acres of private land in Louisiana as “critical habitat” for an endangered frog species constitutes an illegal land grab, according to a property rights watchdog group.

The Pacific Legal Foundation threatens suit against the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service unless the designation is reversed.
